About Metal Sign Designs
Signs cut from sheet steel, one at a time, for the front door, the porch and the wall inside.
Every sign starts as a flat sheet of steel. The design is cut through it in one piece, so the name, the house number or the bat with its wings out is the sign itself rather than a picture printed on a panel.
Then it is powder coated, a finish baked onto the metal rather than sprayed on. It is made for a wall inside or a covered porch, and it does not peel the way paint on metal usually does.
The collections run from Celtic knots, Christmas, cursive words, family names, Halloween and house numbers to single letters and symbols. Each design comes in five finishes, black, copper, red, silver and white, and in up to six sizes from 12 to 36 inches. A design is sold only at the sizes its steel can carry, so a fine pattern starts larger than a bold one.
