About the What Time Is It design
The question is stacked in three rows of heavy, tightly packed capitals, with WHAT resting directly on TIME and TIME resting on IS IT. Within the top two rows the letters touch, but the bottom row opens up, leaving white gaps between IS and IT and before the question mark. A long flat bar underneath catches those loose letters and runs past both ends like a shelf. A single white dot sits low in TIME, close to where the M meets the E.
