About the Cone Witch Hat design
One curved white band is the only opening in this hat, a thin crescent that wraps the base of the cone like a ribbon pulled snug. Above it the cone climbs to a softly rounded tip that sits a little right of center, so the left slope runs longer than the right. The brim spreads wider than the cone is tall, and its outer edge wobbles like soft felt rather than tracing a clean oval.
