About the Grassy Cross design
Square cut ends and no ornament keep this cross plain, with short arms set high on a long shaft. Near the ground the shaft suddenly swells, its shoulders rounding off like a tiny headstone tucked against its foot. Pointed blades of grass curl outward on each side, hooking up at the tips like flames, and they merge into one solid mound with the base of the cross.
