About the Leafy Base Cross design
Rounded corners soften every tip of this chunky solid cross, and its stout arms reach out about one shaft width on each side. A low, lumpy mound of earth swells across the bottom. On the left, two broad pointed leaves press flat against the shaft, the taller one curling up its edge. To the right, a thin sprout rises a short step away, lifting one upright leaf and tipping another out sideways.
