About the Pointed Arch Headstone design
Curved sides meet overhead in a sharp Gothic point, and below the shoulders the slab drops straight down to a low, wider plinth that juts out a little on each side. A plain white cross sits high on the face, its crossbar short and placed well above center. The upright runs long beneath it and ends unevenly, its bottom cut on a slant that comes to a point at the lower right, as if the chisel slipped on the final stroke.
