About the Vine Wrapped Cross design
Trefoil knobs finish the top and both arms, each one a cluster of three round bumps like a clover leaf. A vine no thicker than a pencil line climbs from the grass, crossing the shaft in a lazy S and slipping behind the crossbar on the left. Pairs of small pointed leaves sprout along it at intervals. At the base, a lumpy mound bristles with blades of grass that curl like flames.
