About the Notched Filament design
Inside this bulb, the filament is a single tall wedge with a V-shaped notch in its top edge, so its upper end splits into two points like the tail of a swallow. The wedge narrows as it drops and runs straight into the neck, where it meets the base. Below the glass, two flat bands stack into a collar, then the base tapers to a small rounded tip. The glass itself is a plain round outline that pinches in sharply above the collar.
