About the Star Blossoms design
A row of white teardrop spots rides across the dark dome of the cap, and below it the gills fan out as narrow white slots radiating from the top of the stem. The stem itself is left open, drawn only by its outline, with a small pinched notch on each side where a ring would sit before it flares toward the ground. Two solid star-shaped flowers stand on slender curving stalks at either side, and a spiky tuft of grass gathers around the base.
