About the Function Fx design
The f leans hard to the right and ends in two fat curls that spiral shut, each one closing on a crescent opening no wider than a fingernail. Its crossbar runs far out to the left of the stem, then stretches right until it meets the flat bar capping the x. That x is built from two tapered strokes that pinch thin where they cross and flare out again onto heavy footings.
