About the Running Shoe design
The whole shoe tips up on a steep diagonal, heel high at the left and toe dropping to the lower right, with the sole running as one long straight band beneath it. Along the top the outline drops in two square steps, like a short staircase cut into the collar. At the heel the steel pinches to a sharp point, the only corner in a shape otherwise all long lines and soft turns.
