About the Pointed Witch Hat design

Halfway up, the crown leans hard to the right and thins into a long wavering tail that finishes in a tight curl, like the end of a fiddlehead fern. The whole hat is one unbroken black silhouette, with no band, buckle or seam cut into it. A small step juts from the right side where the crown meets the brim. The brim droops at both ends, and its lower edge ripples with tiny nicks along the left side, as if the felt had frayed.
